I went to Maher Chevrolet, I was looking to buy a 2022 Corvette. The price at Maher Chevrolet was so high I could not believe it! They want List price plus something called "FAIR MARKET ADJUSTMENT" OF Corvette. The price at Maher Chevrolet was so high I could not believe it! They want List price plus something called "FAIR MARKET ADJUSTMENT" OF $30,000 ADDED TO THE FACTORY PRICE ! So a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price of $85,000 and $30,000 additional profit = $115,000.00 for a $85,000.00 car. If you are trying to chase me and others away from buying at Maher Chevrolet you are doing a great job! Why would anyone pay $30,000.00 more for a new car when they can buy the same car at Stingray Chevrolet, Bomnin Chevrolet, Wallace Chevrolet and others at MSRP? Next time I am looking to buy a new Chevrolet I will not be looking at Maher Chevrolet. More

I bought a used Subaru Forester March 23 2020 during the pandemic because I was currently homeless and needed a spacious vehicle that I could stay in comfortably as I had just moved to Florida earlier that month in search of a job. Not even two weeks after this vehicle that I was told the only thing wrong with it is that the clutch has been replaced (by mark in used car sales) the engine light comes on. Worried, I go there and he told me that it was probably just something dumb. “Subaru’s last forever” after telling me there is nothing they can do because I signed an as is policy after being led to believe the vehicle was in good condition. I’ve put less than 8 thousand miles on it and have had it for less than half a year, I’ll list everything wrong with it. Monday July 6th the transmission is done... The car is stuck in 5th and will not budge, took it to a shop, the cost is $3,000 for the part alone. The car wouldn’t stay in 3rd for more than 30 seconds at any given time. EVAP system is comprised. No traction control due to engine light No cruise control due to engine light. stripping above windshield has come unglued. I cannot put gas in it all at once, it only lets me put about 15 cents at a time before the trigger pops and I have to squeeze again making fueling about a 20 minute process. Hey but at least the A/C works right? I finally got work as a delivery driver to pay the $11,000 + they charged me for the car. I can no longer do that. And called a GM named Pat or something today July 10th ironically the same day as I went off for basic training in 2012. Only to be told. There’s nothing they will do for me and things break down “just like your military vehicles”. I would very much like to warn any military members that this establishment cares about one thing even in a global pandemic. It’s not integrity it’s not what they can do to help you. It’s the approval of that loan. And once they get paid you’re on your own. Please warn others especially E-3 and below so they don’t get stuck with 10 grand in debt and a paperweight with good air conditioning. Anyone with questions feel free to contact me.
