I brought my Saturn to this dealership due them being authorized service providers for Saturn. The claimed that my car was fixed 3 times each time I brought it back they claimed it was fixed and even ro authorized service providers for Saturn. The claimed that my car was fixed 3 times each time I brought it back they claimed it was fixed and even road tested however this was not true due to the fact that each time I had my car for a matter of hours and it had the same problem fir which I originally brought in to be serviced. Now I am picking up my car because they can't fix it and want me to pay for Their diagnostics when in fact it is under warranty and they have had it on 4 separate occasions for multiple days each time ... So I am essentially being discriminated Against because they are incompetent and cannot fix my car after 4 visits. More
All i have is praise for Maher Chevrolet. After the screw job i got purchasing my wifes new Hyundai i was cautious to say the least kinda stand offish. Mark turned out to be a very straight forward sales per job i got purchasing my wifes new Hyundai i was cautious to say the least kinda stand offish. Mark turned out to be a very straight forward sales person. Matthew as well was very professional and straight forward. These guys made it fun to go car shopping again. I would HIGHLY recommmend Maher Chevrolet! More
Took my SSr in for repairs. My driver side was leaking and my dash board was out and had other small repairs done. Got my car back the first time and had more problems than orignally. My door had clinkin and my dash board was out and had other small repairs done. Got my car back the first time and had more problems than orignally. My door had clinking noise and still leaked. Took the truck back they tried over 5 times to repair my problem. the second time I picked up my truck they put black glue all over the top of my weatherstrip on the outside looked like a kid repaired my truck. They took it back and than adjusted the window the roof to my convertible. When I got in my truck for the 3rd time the wind was howling so loud that I rolled my window down, when I went to shut the door the window sounded like it was going to break inside the door. Called immediately to let them know. Made a appointment the next day with the service manager to do a test drive with him to show what the new problems were. He agreed and took the truck back. When I got my truck back for the 4th time, everything seemed ok till it rained and found that I now had 2 leaks on the drivers side and now it leaks on the passengers side. I took my truck back to the dealership and showed them the water marks inside the truck and also pointed out that the door for the roof top to go in was out of alignment. That's when they said they never touched that which isn't true because the first time I brought my truck in they told me the reason that it took so long for me to get my truck back from the first repair which took them over 2 weeks was because they had problems with the top going down. When I took it back for the last time I got a call from the service manager saying that they did all they can do for my truck and they will no longer work on it, they wash their hands of my SSR. I paid them 4500.00 for the repairs and know they say I took it some where else and had someone else work on it. Because they are saying someone else worked on my truck they don't have to do anything and I have more leaks in my car than I had when I brought it into the dealership. They say I can't prove that I didn't so it's becomes a she said he said situtation. I can't believe that a dealership would treat a customer this way knowing that I have a car out of warranty and that will need future repairs. Plus the repairs that I had worked on should have warranties but they say they will not work on my truck at all! So I'm left with a truck that has more issues than before and out $4500.00. I would think twice before bringing my vehicle to this dealership. More
