Had appt for check engine light when I arrived, waited 20 minutes to get checked in the they tell me it'll get looked at in a couple days?? Then why was my appt for today? Can't leave my only car sit at deal minutes to get checked in the they tell me it'll get looked at in a couple days?? Then why was my appt for today? This dealer has a corvette in stock, tell them your an hour away, confirm price with sales on phone. Drive there and look at 4 corvettes. Ready to purchase and pay price they posted on several sites. Only to get there to have them tell me they have added a $30,000 dealer mark up. Lie on the phone, have you waste your time driving there. Then look you in the face and tell you the website posted the mark up...NOT, I printed the advertisement...NOTHING stated and the reason I called first. xxxxxxxx Liars that waste your time. There are dealers that are not marking the vehicles up in that manner, any corvette owner that is looking for new model should do their due diligence and search to save the 30K. Can understand a small mark up but this is shoving it up your customers xxx. Filed complaint with GM after owning all GM my life and 6 corvettes included. NOT anymore. Oh yeah...then when you ask them about it the sales managers states "Its what we charge, GM cant do anything about it, we can do what we want as a franchise". GM was happy to hear that comment. More
