Bought a new Bolt in January 2023. The review mirror is rattling and is loose. Complaint right away when we received the car. The service department called back after 2 weeks and our complaints and e-mails to the sales person. They say they need the car for at least 2 days . . . and no loaner. That is a joke, right. Just to have a quick look at the rearview mirror and to see what parts they have to order needs 2 days ???????????? Well, a car is only as good as the service !! Maher is out for us. !! Fortunately the internet is a very powerful tool. And I will make use of every tool available!! More

I would highly recommend and suggest if you are looking to buy a new car-this is the place-Ask for Val Nucci- though they do have other sales people, I've personally worked with Val for the past 15 years. to buy a new car-this is the place-Ask for Val Nucci- though they do have other sales people, I've personally worked with Val for the past 15 years. I actually reside in Lakeland and had plenty of choices for dealers; but My wife and I chose to drive over 60 miles to get the best service and professional courtesy-Zac is awesome in finance and got the things we wanted in the deal and at the payment we wanted. Overall a pleasure doing business and will be recommending others who are shopping for new cars to take their business here. More
