On Monday my Daughter (Katelin) ask me to set up an appointment with Chris Neumann for Thursday 3/11/21 her only day off from work. She had found several vehicles that she wanted to test drive. I was extremely disappointed with my recent Service experience with Maher Chevy. I had to wait 40 min to drop off the car even though I had an appointment and they made it clear that accepting my car experience with Maher Chevy. I had to wait 40 min to drop off the car even though I had an appointment and they made it clear that accepting my car was a bother to the service team. I had to chase to the service advisor 3 times to get any information and find out when I could pick-up the car. I had to eventually drive to the dealership to get the required information, because the advisor did not return my calls or texts. It took 3 days to service the car and I to wait 20 min to check-out and pick up the car. Even more disappointing is that the service need WAS NOT fixed, so all of the hassles were for naught. I am in the market for a new vehicle and my future purchases and service business will certainly go elsewhere. More
