We had contract written up, financing approved and figured out, just needed to come in the next day to sign papers to finalize. We got in there and the manager came over and told us they decided to run more bank options with a cosigner after finalizing what we did and settled on. Different bank. Different interest rate,, etc.. because they thought it would be better to have both names on it... regardless what was settled and we wanted. They ran my credit 11 times after I was told they wouldn't because they ran it once and saw what they were working with and wouldn't put more hits on my credit then turned around and did more without my knowledge. Sold car with gas light on, has tank past the empty mark. Found several things broke the day we got home. Unfortunately they were things you don't think to check necessarily when buying a car. There is so much to look for and some you don't think of. The charger ports don't work, the 3rd brake light is out, the back hatch to open half way is broke. I found all this out the day I got home and after I walked off that lot. I am screwed. I asked for a gift card to reimburse for the gas, I paid $90 to fill the tank 10 minutes after purchasing and driving off the lot. I got no response. I love the car, but the experience was not the best. I feel like they took advantage of me with all the things wrong they didn't disclose. More

As we were driving to Florida, the brake line on my 2017 Edge blew and we were stranded in Carlisle,PA. After calling for a tow, we showed up the next morning and talked with TJ...whom is AMAZING!!! He got my car right in, fixed the issue (recall) and had us on our way in no time at all! Very friendly, professional, they went above and beyond to get my Edge fixed right, and fast!
