Made a second appointment for service on a check engine light that came on next day after the car was inspected. Drop car off early in morning, dropped keys in drop box with all info on envelope. Thank goodness I stopped at end of day, they did not even know the car was there. Not worked on and keys still in drop box that evening. Turns out car had a emission issue and will need a new converter. If that is the issue I understand completely, but 1 day later the car doesn't pass emissions? After being inspected? Completely unacceptable something don't make sense to me about that. But does not surprise me a bit when they didn't even know the car was there for second time. I made two trips to this dealership for nothing on my DIME! I left them know my address is on the info. They can deliver the car when done. John Smith

WHEN I GET APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE I GET THE WORKS. IT COVERS TIRE ROTATION, OIL AND FILTER CHANGED, BRAKES CHECKED AND FLUIDS. TAKES A LOT OFF MY MIND WHEN ALL IS COMPLETED. GREAT JOB WELL DONE.

Darin is very good at showing you all the features of the car. Very clean dealership. All the staff are friendly. Glad to have met Gunner also. Very helpful with explaining the process that goes with the financial end of the purchase.
