What happened next is not something you will recieve from any other large dealership. Kyle, the general manager, went out of his way to correct the mistake. He took the phrase "bending over backwards" to a whole new level. He went above and beyomd what I expected. I am thankful that this dealership realized their mistake and made sure that I was taken care of in every way possible. The employee that helped me with my far purchase, Erika, was extremely kind, nice and down ti earth. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Prius i was buying and even helped me set up some settings in it. Between Kyle and Erika, they made my overall experience one to remember. I will most definitely reccomend this dealership to my friends and family, and when I inevitably purchase another car in the future, I hope these two are there to assist me.
