I knew that sales people were I just didnt really understand until I got into a dealership myself. He didnt seem to take my needs into consideration. And he didnt explain the numbers to me very well. I unknowingly was sold a warranty that I didnt want so I had to drive an hour and a half back just to get it changed. All in all it was just a frustrating experience. I was confused the whole time and all he seemed to do was crack a smile or a laugh instead of explaining things to me so that I could understand them. More
