He told us to take it for a drive to get a feel for the vehicle, which we did. Upon returning, we wanted to then test drive the next level up and again he talked to us about the differences between the two. We drove the 2nd one and decided to make the purchase. He walked us through what we wanted in our new vehicle, costs, options for different warranty packages and we never felt under any pressure. Mike kept in contact with us at all times until they found the vehicle we wanted and arranged all of the paperwork prior to our arrival in picking it up.
