This was my worst experience so far. First, I called the dealership and asked about the car and they told me that the price was negotiable. So I agreed to go there for a test drive. When I went there they g dealership and asked about the car and they told me that the price was negotiable. So I agreed to go there for a test drive. When I went there they gave me the keys and the car didn't even start. The battery was completely dead and they had to jump-start it. Besides this issue when I wanted to go for a drive the manager asked me how am I going to pay for the car and they asked for more than $1100 for extra fees. THIS DOESN'T EVEN INCLUDE A WARRANTY. The car also had a few minor issues but they refused to fix it and wanted to sell it "as is". Also, they refused to negotiate a single dollar on the price and they almost called me a liar when I told them that one of their reps told me that it was negotiable. The manager's attitude was horrible and he was acting like I should've begged him to buy the car. Worst experience in my life but I'm glad that I drove there because I found the car that I was looking for in the dealership right next to them. Please, NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. More

No pressure, easy, fair deal! They quoted the trade in value for my car, and kept to it in the offer. They took off $125 dollars when I asked, just to make the price even. They fixed the front brakes after inspecting them, when I said they felt "squishy", and the TPMS light came on when I got home, they told me to bring it in, and they fixed it. Fair deal, no nonsense. The price was not that high, I can say it was even cheaper than average, Another plus of this dealership is that once you go there, you have lots of options since they have a large inventory. No hidden surprises. I bought my dream truck, better than I expected, for less than I expected. They worked with me to fix a few things before I took delivery and the entire purchase experience was perfect. I really couldn't be happier and would recommend this small auto dealership. My one suggestion is don't try to pull into their packed lot. No room, tight turn around. So park across the street. Lot is full of excellent vehicles. More

The xxxxxxxx warranty that they make you buy didnt cover the problem. These people are scammers and liars. Dont trust them or buy from them. More

Less than reputable My daughter purchased a car from this business in early August with no financing The first temporary registration was about to expire and she had not My daughter purchased a car from this business in early August with no financing The first temporary registration was about to expire and she had not yet received the title. They claimed they had "lost" the title document while the book-keeper was on vacation. They did renew the temporary registration for another 30 days and said they would apply for a duplicate title. In the email correspondence nearing the expiry of the second 30 day temporary registration, they were curt and impolite, offering little prospect of getting the title. When the subject of getting a refund of the purchase price was discussed, they said they could not refund the sales tax because it was more than 30 days since the purchase. Only after I spoke with their finance manager, did they agree to provide a full refund. By this time the temporary registration had expired and could not be renewed again (because the state limits temporary renewals to 60 days). The car could therefore not be legally driven back to their premises. When they issued the refund check, they deducted $111.00 to cover the towing/pick-up fee. Needless to say my daughter and I were very disappointed with these dishonest people. More
