Did a custom Corvette order with them for a 2024 model. Easy process with communication along the way and the car was built well within the timeframe they estimated. I spoke with customer service and they were very nice. That all changed when I arrived at the dealer. After using their website for an appraisal, my car being valued at around $7000, I scheduled an appoin That all changed when I arrived at the dealer. I arrived and specifically said that I wanted to speak with a sales manager (like I was instructed to specify by customer service) ended speaking with a jerk of a sales representative that told me my car is worth $2000. So, give me a good appraisal on your website to get me in, then lowball me with a trade in value?? I was VERY honest about the condition of my vehicle, there should not have been such a disparity! This is the 2nd time I have tried to work with Macmulkin, it will definitely be the last. Also, the comment about bringing my car to a competitor because they quoted me an higher value? Real classy! Thanks for showing your true colors MacMulkin! Clearly you only care about Cadillac and Corvette customers! Obviously don't care about the every day person that shops there! More
Horrible service department! !!! Russell is possibly the worst of all time. The service department messed up my car (see pictures) and overcharged me (see what he told me it would !!! The truck had minor body damage and sales said the price of the vehicle was based on the damage and would be available upon completion of the work. Day 2 they called me and said the price went up $6000 due to damage. They offered to only raise the price of the vehicle by $3000. How can they go back on a signed p and s?! Service manager would not even look at us never mind explain the issue. Walked out of the office to avoid us. He could have cared less. How is this any way to do business! What a complete Waste of our time. Just like writing this review. It will do and mean nothing to Mcmulkin. More
