Family owned dealership, not some lousy chain. The experience is excellent, and positively personal. There is always an owner on premises and readily available. Having a happy customer is a matter of pride for the family.

Needs improvement on servicing used vehicle before delivery to customer. Oil change was not completed even though computer said oil life was at 21% left !!!
