I have worked with Bj and found him to be nothing but professional, informed, supportive and encouraging. I have to admit that purchasing a car at MacMulkin with sales professionals such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had. Bj handled my deal with care and was very courteous to my family as we toiled over the decision to purchase the car. I want to thank Bj for the deal I received and for the service he provided. He was outstanding. Overall it was a great experience from the moment we walked into the dealership we were welcomed and treated with a great deal of professionalism and respect. Thanks Bj! Bottom line: They lie, a lot. I was repeatedly told that we would receive an option, and after long delays it became clear that it would never be provided. I should have refused delivery, but they sure are we would receive an option, and after long delays it became clear that it would never be provided. I should have refused delivery, but they sure are a lot nicer and convincing prior to taking the money. Overall a terrible experience. They also gave me a car with a broken window, and claimed to have fixed it, but it still does not pass inspection. Whatever you do, do not buy from BJ Thompson, he lied repeatedly. More

Anyone shopping for a Chevrolet vechicle do not waste your time dealing with Bj at makmulkin chevy in Nashua. I stopped by and test drove a equinox on a thursday night and told Bj that I would like to re your time dealing with Bj at makmulkin chevy in Nashua. I stopped by and test drove a equinox on a thursday night and told Bj that I would like to return the next night with my wife he could not even be there said it was his day off. So Bob Henderson was nice enough to come in on his day off to help us out. I've bought three vehicles at this dealership over a ten year period and never have I been treated like I was by this jerk. So Bob said he would call me Sat morning to update us on our trade in price. On Friday night the appraiser manager had left so they could not put a real number on our trade in. So after not hearing from anyone as half the day had passed I decided to give Bj a call and he was so rude to me and said he had no other offers for me other than the one presented to me on Friday evening. I told him that other dealerships were interested in my business if he could not lower the price and he said "good go do business with them I don't care" nice way to treat a loyal customer! So at the last minute Bob called me back at 3:30 Sat and said I could have the vechicle for 28,966 and upped my trade from 4000 to 5200 so I told him I'd think about it and call him back a half hour later he called and said the deal was off and that he sold the car. So obviusly they were planning on selling this vechicle long before my conversation with Bj. Anyways I found the same exact vehicle @ herb chambers in Danvers,ma and they gave me a good deal and treated me well. as for Bj @ macmulkin Chevrolet he's a sleezy car salesmen and gives the industry a bad name. If I owned Makmulkin chevrolet first thing I would do is fire him and promote Bob Henderson. More
