My experience with Mac Haik was phenomenal. After weeks of shopping for a used Expedition locally, I had to move my search nationwide. What I saw online is what I paid, and what they advertised is what I purchased. Everything above board, everything as promised. The Pre-Owned Director, Jerry, was first class. He was helpful and attentive through the whole process. The salesman Adan also had everything ready for me when I got there and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes after I flew in halfway across the country to buy the vehicle. When you get to this dealership, turn around and go anywhere else! I have had issues with the sales person all the way to the service department. I have had my brand new car for 4 months and it needs to be serviced AGAIN (3rd time) for an issue they “already fixed.” The first time I brought my car in, it was left sitting for a week before anyone looked at it and I got to bring it home with a nice new scratch! Lovely! You will love the extra attitude you get from everyone! The only time I have had a decent conversation with anyone is after I got the manager involved. More

So sad bought a used car and was charged a extra 1000 for getting the car ready for sale and inspection. After 4 days check Engine light came on. Darn batterie died !! Don’t have a clue what all was replaced and fixed 😡 I seriously wish I could get my money back and they can have this back !! More

I just replaced the oil, air filter and windshield myself... thank God I know how to save.. dont trust the management nor a salesman by the name of Tony Martinez they are liars and want nothing but to take your money. I also put down 13k something that I seriously doubt people have doing these times!!! I have my lawyer involved in this matter also.. maybe they will respond this time.
