My rear view camera is all of a sudden showing the Chevy emblem and it was definitely not doing that before I brought it in. The camera looks pushed inward. My clear door edge protector film on the drive emblem and it was definitely not doing that before I brought it in. The camera looks pushed inward. My clear door edge protector film on the driver side is scraped off and it definitely was not like that when I brought it in. The front grill is exactly the same as when I bought it in so it doesn't look like any fix was applied there. I have pictures. I need a loaner this time when I bring it in. I can't go anymore days without a vehicle for these fixes. More

Drop off, service updates via text and pick up was 5 star worthy but after getting thr quite and finding more than hais the items were being overcharged, I have to wonder if this is a bigger issue. I pushed back in the tire monitor aystem quite at $225 per providing my research and cost expectation to be $100-$150 per…within 5 minutes a “flaw” was found in the quote and the price dropped from $915 to $550. I proceeded with the work because I felt like using a dealer for factory type items is better, but I won’t go back (even though it is a convenient location) due to what I assume is a rampant overcharging to customers. There were about 10 other items on my quote, half of which were either not needed work or being overcharged. I expect dealers to be a little higher but my experience was worse than that… More
