This will be my last trip to Mac Haik. It took a week to do simple repairs. That was after making an appointment and being told that I should make another appointment for faster service. O It took a week to do simple repairs. That was after making an appointment and being told that I should make another appointment for faster service. Only 2 out of 3 necessary repairs were even completed because they still didn't have differential fluid in (after a week) that was needed to complete the third. There was very little communication. I finally had to pick up my car, so they told me to come after it could be washed. I pulled away from the dealership, and a huge pile of snow fell from the roof onto the hood. Even a simple wash proved too much. The cost was 3 times more than another shop I went to plus they charged a 1% credit card fee. They told me that I could pay in cash to avoid it. Too bad I don't carry thousands of dollars on me. Some notice would have been nice. More

I took my truck in for service after the engine light went on. December 6, 2024. I was told 2-3 weeks and guess what it’s January 22 and yet no communication from service department. My husband has to go up the in person to get more excuses on why my truck is not fixed yet! I’m scared I get my truck back the same issues or problems will happen. So I called the sales guy and my credit is not good and I need money down with higher car payments than what I am paying for!! I’m paying for my truck payment, car insurance and gap insurance for a vehicle I’m not driving. All I get is the run around from Mac Haik. I am thinking about going to the news people who help those who are having problems, maybe I can get answers!! I asked what Mac Haik would do for me…not a darn thing! Very frustrated, angry and annoyed customer with no help what so ever! More
