I had several issues on this repair - the part was supposedly in-stock, then not in stock, then the wrong part was ordered. I have been charged $184 for the car rental that the dealership was supposed to cover and can't get anyone to return my call on a refund. When my Tahoe was ready, a windshield ding I had for months became a very large crack, and the windshield warranty I purchased from Mac was apparently not processed, and I cannot get anyone to return my call to help me get this sorted so I can repair it. I have contacted Jim Cox in Service, Amy Newell in Finance, my salesman Erdwin, and Winona McNeil with no response. More

I dropped my car off Monday morning at 7 am for some service work. Monday afternoon I called and called my service writer Mario Cavazos to check status on my car. I left several voice mails for him. I called the main Mac Haik phone number and asked for the cashier in service. I talked to her and asked if she had a ticket for me that way I would know if my car was ready and I could pick it up. She did not have a ticket. The next day I called and called Mario and left voice mails but no response. I called and talked to the service cashier again. She did not have a ticket. I told her I had been trying for two days to get in touch with Mario. She said he was standing in front of her and she would have him call me. He called me but I was on the phone and could not take the call. I called him back 3 minutes later and he did not answer so I left a voice mail again. No call back from Mario on Tuesday. On the third day, Wednesday I called Mario 2 times and left voice mails each time and got no answer or call back. I finally called and left a message for the Service Manager Larry saying I needed to talk to Mario. I finally got a call back from Mario on the third day after no doubt the Service Manager told him to call me. I would not recommend Mac Haik Chevrolet to anyone. More

It was easy to schedule a service appointment online. Troubleshooting was fairly quick.
