We actually were trying decide trim levels and Red went above and beyond to ensure we understood the differences, and in our case the consequences of the differences, knowing full well that it would make us likely choose a cheaper trim level. Had he not brought it up, we would have likely gotten the higher trim and then been shocked when we went to gas up and realized it required premium…which makes a big financial difference! Then we asked finance Director about maintenance packages, and he was so bluntly honest it was refreshing. It was such a pleasant experience, I don’t feel fooled, I felt taken care of. More

I took my truck in for service after the engine light went on. December 6, 2024. I was told 2-3 weeks and guess what it’s January 22 and yet no communication from service department. My husband has to go up the in person to get more excuses on why my truck is not fixed yet! I’m scared I get my truck back the same issues or problems will happen. So I called the sales guy and my credit is not good and I need money down with higher car payments than what I am paying for!! I’m paying for my truck payment, car insurance and gap insurance for a vehicle I’m not driving. All I get is the run around from Mac Haik. I am thinking about going to the news people who help those who are having problems, maybe I can get answers!! I asked what Mac Haik would do for me…not a darn thing! Very frustrated, angry and annoyed customer with no help what so ever! More
