The service writer did not show interest or concern for our issues with our new truck. He did not update us, returned only 1 call over the 8 days they had our truck. Two problems out of 3 were addressed our issues with our new truck. He did not update us, returned only 1 call over the 8 days they had our truck. Simple oil change took too long. Expensive - $72, for a 1.4 L engine TRAX.
