Above and Beyond Customer Service! I was extremely skeptical and weary of used car sales and salesman, having heard so many horror stories. Brett Greig was my salesman. I went in on a Saturday to look at a truck for my husband and ended up buying 2 vehicles, the truck for my husband and a car for my son who will start driving soon. Because it was Saturday and my mechanic was closed, the sales were pending examination and approval from my mechanic. Brett delivered the vehicles to my mechanic. When problems were found, Brett picked up the vehicles and the dealership fixed the problems. Brett delivered the vehicle back to my mechanic for final inspection and they passed!! Dwight, the director reassured me that he would take care of me and either fix the vehicles or allow be to back out of the dea entirely. He was good for his word! This dealership has proven to me that purchasing a used vehicle can be a pleasant experience and that used car salesmen aren't dishonest as stories elude to (at least not at this dealership!). And to top it off, the signing of the paperwork was VERY fast and efficient. They shopped the market for the very best interest rate and deal. I felt like they were looking out for my best interest!
