Got a good deal on a great car We are very happy with the car we purchased, we feel we got a great car & a good deal. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful & friendly. Our salesman worked very hard to help us & was very friendly & helpful as well, as was our finance person. There was however a bit too much of the old school style back & forth haggling over price & details, concern for monthly payments instead of clear information on sales price, interest rate on loan, & length of loan, that determines the monthly payment. While we found that frustrating, once that part of the experience was done, the rest went smoothly, and we wound up with just the car we were looking for, looks new, low mileage, & a fair price when compared to Kelly, Edmonds, or Consumer Reports. We would shop for a vehicle here again, we'd just be clearer on our expectations on the process from the beginning. More

Beautiful custom truck, hidden issues. (Bad installers) I bought a custom 2014 Dodge RAM 2500. There were several issues I had to deal with post buy. The custom department only put in 6 of the 12 bolts need I bought a custom 2014 Dodge RAM 2500. There were several issues I had to deal with post buy. The custom department only put in 6 of the 12 bolts needed for my running boards. I had a company that sprayed in my bed liner fix that. It was rattling when we hit bumps. Then the sound system, bluetooth, back up camera and main dashboard camera console system started going off and on. I found out today that when Mac Churchill custom department put in the leather interior, they stapled the leather together right through the wires and wiring harness that runs from the front seat storage console to the dashboard. Be careful and have your vehicle inspected if you buy a custom / lift truck from this dealer. More
