It was a good experience. I worked with Darrell Honigberg. He was great. He processed my intake quickly and kept me informed while I waited. He also reminded me that I had a prepaid oil change ,which I had forgotten about, so that was a really nice surprise. On aside rant, that does not have anything to do with Darrell or this dealership, is my disappointment in Mini's clutches for manual transmissions. Mine is doing out at 75K (xxx?!) and was told a certified Mini mechanic (at a different location) that they can go out at as early as 35K and they are upward to $4,000 to replace. That is seriously poor design. I see why Mini is going to strictly automatic drives. Thumbs down. But to wrap up, Darrell was fantastic. And I've never had poor service at this location. I own an electric Mini Cooper and have been thrilled with the service department and their overall care. I can't recommend them enough. From booking to the service advisor (Kenneth) everyone is amazing. I al the service department and their overall care. I can't recommend them enough. I also recently met with Sam Shepheard in sales about potentially upgrading my Mini and he was by far the best sales associate I've dealt with at a car dealership. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait on my new Mini as the electric version won't be in the US until 2027. Once they are here, Mini of Portland (and Sam) will be where I will go to upgrade! Highly recommend them! More

The service department went beyond the call when servicing our Mini Cooper. Communication and service was top shelf. Kenneth was outstanding and let us know everything he was doing.
