It was a good experience. I worked with Darrell Honigberg. He was great. He processed my intake quickly and kept me informed while I waited. He also reminded me that I had a prepaid oil change ,which I had forgotten about, so that was a really nice surprise. On aside rant, that does not have anything to do with Darrell or this dealership, is my disappointment in Mini's clutches for manual transmissions. Mine is doing out at 75K (xxx?!) and was told a certified Mini mechanic (at a different location) that they can go out at as early as 35K and they are upward to $4,000 to replace. That is seriously poor design. I see why Mini is going to strictly automatic drives. Thumbs down. But to wrap up, Darrell was fantastic. And I've never had poor service at this location.
