David was fantastic, best Sales Associate I've ever had to pleasure to work with. He knew the answer to all my questions about the vehicle and was prompt with the paperwork. He was honest and straightforward about cost/fees and worked with me to lower some of the not-optional stuff (like Title and Registration). Overall, a fantastic buying experience, largely in part to David. Unfortunately, the reason this is not a 5 STAR is because of Kyle S. He was the Accounting/Credit guy (the "sign here, initial here, here, and here", person) and he had a terrible attitude. His tone changed immediately when I told him I wasn't interested in any of the addons (Oil change for life, GAP insurance, etc.) He questioned my decision to turn down the $700 'Oil change for Life' plan offered by the Parent Company. I believe his words were "Really? You know it's $200 to change the oil in your car, right?" Like buddy, it's $15 for an oil filter and $20 for a gallon of full synthetic, give me a break here... Definitely needs to work better on the customer service side of his job. - Brian More
