David was fantastic, best Sales Associate I've ever had to pleasure to work with. He knew the answer to all my questions about the vehicle and was prompt with the paperwork. Overall, a fantastic buying experience, largely in part to David. Unfortunately, the reason this is not a 5 STAR is because of Kyle S. He was the Accounting/Credit guy (the "sign here, initial here, here, and here", person) and he had a terrible attitude. His tone changed immediately when I told him I wasn't interested in any of the addons (Oil change for life, GAP insurance, etc.) He questioned my decision to turn down the $700 'Oil change for Life' plan offered by the Parent Company. I believe his words were "Really? You know it's $200 to change the oil in your car, right?" Like buddy, it's $15 for an oil filter and $20 for a gallon of full synthetic, give me a break here... Definitely needs to work better on the customer service side of his job. - Brian More

I opted for the last one with the impression that you would be arranging for the ride like the 3 years before, only to find out when I got there that that service was no longer offered. So I had to download the app and take care of all the sign-in issues to get home. Had I known this, I would have arranged for my wife to go with me with our other vehicle, which would have saved me $12 that I had to spend on Uber. I discussed with Ingrid, but offered nothing plus she was argumentative. More
