It was a horrible experience unfortunately. I usually have my car serviced in Washington the team there is stellar. I was expecting the same quality of service. I was passed from person to person for ove have my car serviced in Washington the team there is stellar. I was expecting the same quality of service. I was passed from person to person for over a week to get an answer on what was wrong with my car. No one ever called to tell me my car was ready. I just received a text with the bill, which was not cheap. I was so disappointed and will never go back nor recommend Portland mini. Lastly I even called and asked politely to speak with the manager and he never called me back! Over all poor customer service! More
