He aimed to please me by asking questions and allowing me to explore the car fully on the road and in the garage. The process of buying the car took longer than anyone expected and Kyle made sure the whole time that the waiting time was used efficiently on getting to know the car. I highly recommend him and will recommend him to others. Darlene Fridono was also super to work with. She too was friendly and experienced. She walked me through the financing portion and provided me options. I am not the type of person who needs hand holding or likes a hard sell. I live in Chicago and was visiting a relative in Madison and dropped by the dealership with my nephew on a Saturday when we had nothing to do. A couple of months later, I decided I really wanted a '12 Clubman, and I drove to Madison to order and purchase it through them, just because of the experience I had. The car came in 6 weeks later and I enjoy driving it every day. Yes, there is a dealer in Chicago near where I live, but Mini of Madison treated me so well, I couldn't imagine purchasing a Mini anywhere else. More

This experience was great and I am grateful that Kyle was the salesperson who approached me when I was there, because he didn't have that dreaded high-pressure-car-salesperson approach.
