Sheena was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment that I walked into the dealership, she greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to all things Mini. The financing process was the easiest I've ever experienced (also thanks to Dave, the finance manager) and the delivery was seamless, which ultimately concluded with Sheena taking a picture of me and my new Mini (with a giant bow on top no less - a very cute touch). For a variety of reasons, this is the fifth car (4 new, 1 used) that we have purchased in the past 2 years from local dealers - two from Smart, one from Zimbrick used (Fish Hatchery Road), and one from Lanca used) that we have purchased in the past 2 years from local dealers - two from Smart, one from Zimbrick used (Fish Hatchery Road), and one from Lancaster Scion (East). The reason for giving this review is, across the board, Kyle out shown his colleagues (most older and likely more experienced). Our experience with Mini of Madison has been top flight so far. We were visiting our daughter who lives in Sun Prairie and decided to visit Madison Mini because we have always been interested in the mini. After dealing with Sheena and test driving a mini we were sold. We returned to Minnesota the next day and received a follow-up call from Sheena on Monday. After taking time to do some research and thinking we decided to purchase a mini from Madison Mini. Sheena was very efficient handling the purchase long distance. My husband and I have never purchased a vehicle this way but it was painless and Sheena did an outstanding job organizing everything to seal the deal. We think that Madison Mini has an excellent employee in Sheena. When my husband arrived to pick up our Mini there apparently wasn't enough help in the Financial Dept and there was a delay in setting up the loan. Otherwise the entire experience was great. More

It has been a pleasure working again with Zimbrick of Madison. We truly enjoyed our 2003 Beetle Turbo for the past nine years and look forward to the same enjoyment with our 2012 Mini Cooper.
