Eddie is very personable and answered all my questions with respect and a positive attitude. The courtship started in spring (and I purchased in August) and he never gave me the impression I wasn't a valu with respect and a positive attitude. The dealership is clean and hip and very MINI. Ironically enough, my first new car was a Saturn and though I didn't buy it from Zimbrick (or in Wisconsin for that matter) I did have my SW1 serviced in the very same building that's now this MINI dealership. Before I had even walked in the door, Eddie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was on the lot, looking at cars on my lunch break, and Eddie came out to me, helped me realize I incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Sheena was great, I found the car, but unfortunately after someone else decided to take a test drive and put a hold on it. After they declined the car she was able to fax me the paperwork to put a hold long enough for me to come take a test drive. I love the car and would definitely refer Sheena to anyone else looking.
