A few weeks after I bought the car it did have a transmission issue but, it is a common problem in the focus. When I isolated the list of must have features there were not many available with the specifics I needed.Even though they didnt have in the color I was looking for, they were super supportive i looking and locating comparable vehicles if needed. Speaking with the team there, you could tell they were regular folks, easy going. The old adage that people buy from people the feel comfortable with, and like, was evident here. Over a few days the color they did have, Ruby Red started to grow on me, and when a amicable number made the desk - the deal was done.
