Pleasant, friendly, worth the drive. It is not easy to purchase a car. We walked into M&M on a Saturday afternoon and drove out with a used Subaru that was in excellent condition on 6.5 hours later. I don't have excellent credit, its fair. I did not have a large down payment and had no trade in. Sharon our salesperson was kind and straight forward. I would recommend this dealership. More

Love my Rocky Ridge Ram Ecodiesel Having bought 4 cars that were new since I moved to the USA and had horrifying experiences I was happy to find somewhere where everyone was great. My hubby bought his car from Frank but I dealt with Joe ( Cassidy ) when it came to buying my truck. I actually wanted to buy my hubby a Christmas present and I thought it would be double as safer transport for him in the snow here in the Poconos. Joe sat down with me figured out a truck that would suit what I wanted and we went off for a test drive. Half way through I asked if I could take it down to my hubby at work. Hubby's job is a 40 minute drive but Joe was on board with it. The moment he saw it he loved it. 4x4 Rocky Ridge how could he not love it?! Anyway, came back to the dealership and Chuck who we had dealt with with hubby's car wasn't there so we dealt with Roger. Not as dog loving ( I take my dog everywhere with me. The whole dealership loves dogs!!! ) as Chuck but very helpful. Pulled my credit and said no worries. Got me an EXCELLENT deal and I have to tell you he went the extra mile to get me a loan with HVCU so I got the lowest rate even though I am not a resident of NY. I really loathe dealerships that look as women as being stupid and having no idea about trucks, engines or anything else that has moving bits. My sales guy Joe was great. Can't say enough good about him. When he didn't know something he found out instead of just lying through he teeth at me. I HATE being lied to so I was really appreciative of that fact. Joe is a younger man in his 20's and hasn't been completely corrupted in life yet so if you're looking for a truck or something new go and see him. Trust me when I say you won't regret it. He earns every $ he gets there. And more importantly women are treated with respect which is very important to me. • • • More

However: When trying to buy a used Cadillac CTS-V with a clean CarFax from another dealership, with one of the "owners" being M&M, I later found out However: When trying to buy a used Cadillac CTS-V with a clean CarFax from another dealership, with one of the "owners" being M&M, I later found out that the car registered to this dealership at the time was actually in use with Monticello Motor Club (http://www.monticellomotorclub.com/programs/hpde) for track rental use. This resulted in GM placing a warranty block on this vehicle. If I would have bought that vehicle straight up without doing some serious research, I would have been totally screwed. I would consider this practice by this dealership deceitful and shady, and I would not trust them. More
