GREAT EXPERIENCE I went into the dealership to buyout my 2014 Dart but came out with with a new lease instead. The people and M&M sat me down and talked about my optio I went into the dealership to buyout my 2014 Dart but came out with with a new lease instead. The people and M&M sat me down and talked about my options, during this discussion we discovered that my car was not worth the buyout price. They helped me get into a new SUV for just slightly above what I was paying for the Dart. They really worked with me and talked me through all of my anxiety. A Painless Experience I went into M&M Auto because there was a gorgeous 2016 Challenger on the lot that kept catching my eye. I gave them a call on a whim and was helped by a sales associate named O.B. who was professional, friendly and, most importantly to me, not at all pushy. He gave me the info I needed and invited me in for a test drive. When I went in the next day, he and everyone else I dealt with were incredibly helpful and accommodating right from the get-go. Once I decided I wanted the car, they worked with me on pricing and rates, which was great, and I drove out of there with the car in just a few hours. The car itself is a beauty: a certified used 2016, and it runs like a dream. This was my first-ever experience of going to a dealership to purchase a car, and I was honestly expecting to be pushed around or hassled. This was not the case at all--everybody was so friendly, and everything was simple and painless, (even kind of fun), and that was such a huge relief. Thank you guys! More
