I walked into the dealership with terrible credit and no money for a down payment and Sharon worked her magic with the team and they were able to send me off with two approved loans and the ability to choose between a slightly used beautiful Ford and a brand new Jeep and there was NO PRESSURE to choose the pricier car. In fact, Sharon took the time to find out my circumstances and helped me reason through my choice of buying the slightly used car so that I would not have to worry about surrendering a car in three years and having to go through the worry of going over in mileage etc.. In the end I chose to buy a slightly used certified pre-owned car and I know I have made the best decision for my family. Thank you Sharon and team for making what had been a very frustrating and stressful search for a car so much easier from the minute I walked through the door. Josh was also amazing in that he crunched the numbers and spoke to me about a slightly larger payment with a shorter term to pay it off and advised me of how much I would save but never pressured me to choose that option. Last year, our private, not-for-profit organization was in dire need of a new 15-passenger van and had the opportunity to apply for a grant from the C Last year, our private, not-for-profit organization was in dire need of a new 15-passenger van and had the opportunity to apply for a grant from the County. We contacted several dealerships and got quotes/estmates for a van that would meet our needs -- all the while knowing that we weren't guaranteed the funding, and if we were to get it, it would take months before we'd even hear back. M&M was wonderful about supplying us with an estimate, and once we received word that we were in fact going to be receiving the grant, they held to their original quote and worked diligently with us to assure we got everything we wanted and needed both in the vehicle and best extended service plan. I had a ton of questions and all were handled with extreme patience and professionalism. From start to finish -- a wonderful experience.
