When I purchase a vehicle I expect to keep it for 10 years or more. I recently found myself in an unscheduled and immediate need to replace my 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe. That's when I decided to drop in at Lynchburg Nissan and had a chance meeting with car salesman, Tecoma Braxton. After listening to me regarding what I was hoping to find, in short order Mr. Braxton was able to locate exactly the type of vehicle for which I was looking; Year, Make, Model and even color. Mr. Braxton made what could have been a panic purchase into a comfortable purchase. I found all of the Lynchburg Nissan personnel associated with my purchase to be most courteous and wanting to do whatever they could to make my purchase one of complete satisfaction. My first experience with Lynchburg Nissan is definitely deserving of my five-star rating. More
I had a 9 am appointment to have a state inspection, tire rotation and balance, and a diagnostic done for check engine light. Service manager Rodney did not return my call at 12:15 and was dismissive when I rotation and balance, and a diagnostic done for check engine light. Service manager Rodney did not return my call at 12:15 and was dismissive when I finally reached him at 1:27 pm. I then returned to the dealer only to be rudely informed by Rodney that they were not yet finished with the car and that he didn't know why. I went to the waiting room where, at 3:30, a different service manager arrived to tell me that it was ready and that she had just been told that she was now my service manager. 6.5 hours after my appointment time, I still had to wait while they replaced the wiper blades in order for the inspection to be complete. I have been a repeat customer at Lynchburg Nissan since 2009 and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. That being said, I do want to thank Pam, my new service manager, for her assistance. Without her, I would probably still be sitting there! More
By a recommendation of close friend, I met Jason Decker @ Lynchburg Nissan . He found the perfect car for me. It’s so nice when your dreading the process of buying a car . Took car in for fluid change ( trans, diff, brake, power steering, coolant). $900. Picked up and brake pedal is spongy. Took car back two days later. They say brakes OK. But radiator needs replacing bec steering, coolant). $900. Picked up and brake pedal is spongy. Took car back two days later. They say brakes OK. But radiator needs replacing because it is leaking. No previous leaks before and after initial visit. Get car home and it is leaking coolant on driveway. Was NOT doing this previously. Now they want $850 to replace. Way too suspicious ! More
I had Pam that took care of my car she was nice to deal with . Daniel in the service department was rude & unprofessional. He was closing doors at 5:09 & they are open til 5:30 so I guess his attitude came with . Daniel in the service department was rude & unprofessional. I followed him into to the office & he looks at me & says go out to the deck I will help you out there . Like I was suppose to know that ? He took my payment & I asked for his name .. I texted Pam about his behavior ... no reply back from her on his attitude. He never said thank you .. I will buy a different vehicle so I don't have to deal with such individuals. I went in for an actuator .. that was never addressed I asked 3 times the cost ... I was showed all this work that needed done to a total of over 3000.00 dollars . I did my rotors & brakes $700 plus . I cant recommend this dealership at all . More
No one in customer service is friendly. Every time I have my car serviced it’s the same atmosphere. They suck. They will never service my vehicle again. If anyone needs good and fast friendly service go to Terry Subaru. It doesn’t matter if you driving a Nissan. Go somewhere you can feel comfortable and don’t mind spending your hard earned money. I don’t remember names to rate them. No smiles on any of their faces. More

I purchased a used Maxima from this dealership in November. Last week, my daughter was pulled over for the windows being too tinted. He performed a test on the windows on the side of the road. Altho November. Last week, my daughter was pulled over for the windows being too tinted. He performed a test on the windows on the side of the road. Although she didn't receive a ticket, she was told both the front and rear windows were illegal and need to be fixed. The dealership is claiming ZERO responsibility and will not help with the cost to replace! I would never have purchased this car if I knew the tint was illegal! No way would I would ever buy from this dealership again! More
