UPDATE: November 1, 2019. Two days ago I left a review of 2 stars after years of 5 star service in the past. The next day, I rang up Justin (my service advisor) to share my unsettling concerns. He encouraged 2 stars after years of 5 star service in the past. The next day, I rang up Justin (my service advisor) to share my unsettling concerns. He encouraged me to return and assured me he would personally see that my concerns were addressed. I returned and now feel confident that even though staff, logistical and operational changes have occurred, I can expect to receive the same excellent service to which I had become accustomed. As a non mechanical person, I have to rely on the integrity of the comprehensive service reports and the follow up work and consequently feel confident that my vehicle is in safe order. One month later the front pads are completely worn down and rotors need to be replaced from metal grinding metal... the inspection was fake and the report isn't worth the paper it's on. As background, I have been taking my Nissan Frontier here since I moved to the area. I will never go back again. I had an oil change in May. It's more expensive to get it here, but I thought the extra cost was worth it because they "inspect" the vehicle at the same time and tell me if work should be done. In reality, they don't actually inspect what they say they do. Then, when something breaks because of the fake inspection, like front rotors in my case, this place won't make it right. Very disappointing. More
Bad People-BEWARE STAY AWAY!! This dealership tricked my 72 year old mother into buying a car she could not afford. The salesman used aggressive sales tactics on the la STAY AWAY!! This dealership tricked my 72 year old mother into buying a car she could not afford. The salesman used aggressive sales tactics on the last day of the month to meet his sales quota. The salesman called my mother multiple times on the same day and convinced my elderly dad, who had previously refused to co-sign during the earlier dealer visit, to co-sign because the salesman knew my mother didn’t have the disposable income to pay for the vehicle. The salesman then bought the car and paperwork to my mother’s home after she tried to refuse. To make things worst, the salesman sold her the car for more than it is worth so my mother is upside down in the loan and can’t sell the car to anyone else, and the sales manager refused to take the vehicle back the morning after the sale citing the fact that Virginia does not have a “cooling off” period. My calls to the sales manager on the day of the sale and weeks afterward have not been returned. Please DO NOT send anyone you care about to this dealership. They take advantage of our most vulnerable people and exploit them for profit. More

All of the staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and just all around nice folks. This time I dealt with Dustin Kramer, it was an extreme pleasure to work with him. He went above and beyond to accommodate me, he kept me informed of the process and then was gracious enough to drive all the way to my house in Meherrin to deliver my car at 8:30 pm. More

Great Experience We had been doing research on a new vehicle & decided to test drive a 2017 Nissan Armada. Our salesperson, Phillip Alexander met us on his night off We had been doing research on a new vehicle & decided to test drive a 2017 Nissan Armada. Our salesperson, Phillip Alexander met us on his night off for our test drive. We were impressed with the Armada, but Lynchburg Nissan did not have the exterior & interior color we wanted in their inventory. This was on Thursday evening & by Friday evening Phillip had gone the "extra mile" & our new Armada had been delivered to the dealership. We met with Phillip on Saturday to pick up our new vehicle & the entire experience could not have been better with the deal, financing & the big red bow & red carpet we were presented with upon being introduced to our new Armada.
