Happy repeat customer. Recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue. I also have a Maxima and a Frontier. This was the fifth vehicle I purchased from Lynchburg Nissan. Terrible I went into Lynchburg Nissan to find a car for me and my 2 small children. I worked with Bill Hunter who was GREAT, but my good experience ends there. I have since taken the car back 8 times and my check engine light is back on. AC is broke and has been broken since I purchased and they will not fix it. 2 days after I bought it the check engine light came on and the wrong part was put in my car when I took it to get it serviced. When I took it back because the check engine light was on when I drove away from the service center, they lied and said they just forgot to cut the light off. 6 trips later they finally came clean and admitted to replacing the wrong part. Now I am fighting the battle to have my AC fixed and still have to take it in to find out why the check engine light is on again. Lastly, I gave them an extra 790 dollars when I bought the car. The charge was for any repairs that had to be done to get it ready to go on the lot. The managers are rude, the service people lie, and you get the run around like none other!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! I would avoid all lots in the Mabry Auto Group if possible. They seem to run shady business in general. More
I had a horrible experience at this dealership, and have now found out that many others have as well. I found a car online, and despite the good price online, they told me I had to pay more because there ar now found out that many others have as well. I found a car online, and despite the good price online, they told me I had to pay more because there are shop fees that have to be added onto the price. They also told me they would throw in "favors", which I would have to pay for! This place is full of con artists, and I would NEVER refer anyone to go here, not even my worst enemy. I am definitely letting it be known that this place is a joke. More
I have never been more impressed with a car dealership, salesman, and the customer service I received since going to Nissan in Lynchburg VA. Robert Aguilar was a fantastic aide in helping me find the right car for me. My parents had just bought the new Nissan Rogue and suggested I stop by and see what Nissan had to offer. I walked in like a lost puppy, there were so many cars! SO many options! SO many choices!!!....Robert walked right up to me and casually made conversation about how he could assist me. There was no pressure from him, and coming from a typical woman who wanted every option open but yet can't make up her mind Robert answered all my questions and help guide me to the perfect car. He promoted a professional and friendly atmosphere. When I did decide to buy he treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. He has truly impressed my mother and me. From start to finish I was out of there in no time at all, I was treated with such respect and concern for all my needs. I never once felt like a "sale" while I was at Nissan. My review is simple if you’re looking for a good quality car or a good quality used vehicle, with friendly service and a service department, if needed behind them, you must go to Nissan in Lynchburg and ask for Robert Aguilar. You will not be disappointed but very pleased and satisfied. You will have a car dealer for life with them!! More
Bought a clean 2005 Maxima from Sheldon Burford in July of 2012. Very nice car. No pressure sales. I'm not someone who likes being pushed into decisions; I can make up my own mind. Don't know if it was Sheldon's normal MO or just a good read of his customer, but he answered my questions and didn't apply any pressure to close the deal. He let me walk through that door at my own pace. Good move from a nice guy. Ask for Sheldon. You'll be glad you did. More
Everyone at Lynchburg Nissan seems to be more in the business of making people happy than just selling cars to make quota! I bought from them and then got my sister in law and father to buy and all thre business of making people happy than just selling cars to make quota!
