Regretful I bought a used car from them a few months ago. I informed them of my budget, no exceptions, yet they continued to waste my entire day trying to get I bought a used car from them a few months ago. I informed them of my budget, no exceptions, yet they continued to waste my entire day trying to get me to buy more expensive vehicles. A few days later, they finally worked with my budget, after implying that I would look at other dealerships. When I purchased the vehicle, there were a few aesthetic flaws that they agreed to fix. It took three weeks for them to finally fix those flaws. Knowing full well that I have a full-time job, they made me drive my car to and from the dealership, only to inform me that their "guy" was not in that day to fix the issues...this happened three different times. When they gave me a used car to borrow while they "fixed" the flaws, the salesman actually called me in the middle of my work day telling me that someone was interested in the borrowed car and told me to bring it to the dealership so they can switch cars with me. They had no respect for my time nor the gas expense from them having me constantly drive back and forth to their dealership. The salesman I dealt with from the beginning ended up being rude to me (via the text), probably because I was getting sick of it and demanded to speak to the manager. Go to the Carmax instead. More
