I absolutely hate to go to a dealership to purchase a car. But this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. They were friendly and ver helpful. Purchased car from Mesa location- I had been having a Purchased car from Mesa location- I had been having a lot of issues with other local dealers trying to get the car that I wanted. I finally gave up on them and did a search online for the car that I wanted and it brought up Luxor Auto Group. I went to look and did a test drive, filled out an application and they provided me with the best scenario to work with my credit and down. I had an approval in less than 2 days and the paperwork was ready for me for when I got off work. I went in and signed and was out the door in 20 minutes with my car. There was some interior problems that needed to be fixed and they ordered it and had it fixed in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I was pleasently surprised by the energy and great moral every one I came in contact with had. There was no sales pressure and no hassle that you often get from other dealers. I will definitely go back when I am ready for an upgrade. More

The staff at Luxor was great they had the paper work finished in a timely manner and when they discovered that the lock on the passenger side door was broken they went picked up the part and replaced it finished in a timely manner and when they discovered that the lock on the passenger side door was broken they went picked up the part and replaced it before I even drove off the lot. After reviewing the Luxor Auto dealerships Web site, we arrived in person to view the vehicle. We were introduced to Nick Blazek. He then walked us back to his desk and showed us that this car was priced unbelieveable lower than anything else on the internet. But we already knew that which is why we wanted this car. We did our homework prior to making a purchase and we found that Luxor Auto has cars priced lower than any other used dealership. It was such a non pressure customer friendly sales transaction that we have ever encountered. We would definitely purchase again from Luxor Auto. Great people, great sales person who gave us answers to questions we didn't even know to ask but he thought we should know as a consumer and most importantly GREAT CAR! WE LOVE IT! More
