I recently bought a used 2005 Chevy Tahoe from Luxor Auto Group.All I can say is that the experience I had dealing with them has changed my perception of car dealerships. I've always thought that they were out to rip you off and try to get as much money out of you as possible. Not here, my dealings with Nick Blasek were phenominal. From the initial e-mail to the time I signed the papers on my loan, I felt that he was being upfront and honest about pricing, warranties,etc. Nick was willing to crunch numbers and run my credit prior to us even going and looking at the vehicle since we didn't live very close and didn't want to waste a trip. I would recommend Luxor Auto Group to anyone who wants a hassle-free, stress-free, and honest car buying experience. More

Outstanding service once I stepped on the lot. I was greeted right on the lot and able to consider which vehicle to purchase. First vehicle wasn't within price range but the next vehicle was that wasn't greeted right on the lot and able to consider which vehicle to purchase. First vehicle wasn't within price range but the next vehicle was that wasn't even ready for purchase yet. They placed me in impecalble Black BMW fully equiped. The custom wheels orginally on the vehicle wasn't a good fit but they worked with me and placed other wheels that make the vehicle look even better. The custom wheels do not come with the vehicle unless you purchase them but for the price I paid and the way the vehicle looks, it was worth the money. From the owner to the Wheels Department, they were absolutely great in working with me within my budget and been nothing but helpful at the Scottsdale location. Keep up the great work and I'll purchase another vehicle from you guys! Kent More

The staff was very friendly, not alot of haggling which was nice, great vehichle, outside cleaned, inside cleaned 2x and still had food and crumbs all over back, owner said bring back for detail and full t was nice, great vehichle, outside cleaned, inside cleaned 2x and still had food and crumbs all over back, owner said bring back for detail and full tank of gas, I did this, told paris and tech what needed to be cleaned, showed tech carpet stains and crumbs and the smell, picked up car 4 hrs later, outside cleaned, inside still no vacuum was ran to clean up previous owners mess, and gas tank never filled.... You spend 37,000 you kind a want it cleaned inside and my trade was spotless and detailed. However customer service was great! And it was fast..... The tires and rims were not included which i felt should have been in bigger print. More

I hate car shopping. I wish I had found Luxor right from the beginning. There cars were at least 1500 dollars less expensive than all of the other "highline" dealers in town.
