GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!! I can truly say that the professionalism and honesty from Justin and Ron will go a long way in me and my wife's heart. I truly hate car shopping due to the snake type saleman professionalism and honesty from Justin and Ron will go a long way in me and my wife's heart. I truly hate car shopping due to the snake type salemans and the unhonesty that comes along with it. But Justin was non aggressive, very calming demeanor, and had an honesty in face that I knew off the top.... I could trust him. His patience with or indecisiveness was assuring that he wanted what was best for us. Ron handles the finance there and when u sit down to go over the numbers and sign on the dotted line, rest assure that he has your best interest. Ron took his time with every piece of paper we had to sign and was very informative with what we needed to know. The whole process was smooth. I have always been a big fan of Luxor and would drive into their parking lot every chance I get thinking; "I'm going to buy a car from here one day!" Well...the day has come and my wife loves her car! If anyone out there is truly looking for a dealership that truly has morals, integrity, and compassion for customers, Luxor Auto is that place. Well first of all i am from colorado, and i saw this car online. I gave these guys a call, and they helped me to do the credit application online since i was a little aways. they did all the paperwork neces online. I gave these guys a call, and they helped me to do the credit application online since i was a little aways. they did all the paperwork necessary to see if i got approved. which i did so the next day we traveled down there to pick it up. oh and i have to mentioned they lowered the price on the car that way my down payment would be a lil lower. which i appreciate that. once we arrived into mesa, Shawn Kankash helped us right away. we checked out the car & took it for a test drive. everything was good other than it needed tires. after all that i decided to buy it, Lisa Rosselli helped us out with the financial paper work. Everything went good. they were nice, friendly and honest to me and my family. and we were on our way back to colorado. thank you guys so much. So far the car turned out good and im planning on keeping it for a long time now. Thank you guys so much! More

I've now bought 2 BMW's from Luxor and they gave me a fair price both times. I did not have to haggle we came to agreement within a couple of minutes.
