We purchased a 2011 Cadi CTS V-Series black on black. The sales agent was great to work with very accommodating knowledgeable and receptive to our needs. I'm writing this review a few hours before I get my car back from Luxor Auto. I recently purchased an absolutely gorgeous 2012 CLS Mercedes. I had been looking for a matte white CLS for a few months and back from Luxor Auto. I recently purchased an absolutely gorgeous 2012 CLS Mercedes. I had been looking for a matte white CLS for a few months and the one day I decided to stop into Luxor, it was there. After I took it home though, I started noticing that it had a handful of cosmetic flaws. When I went back to Travis with my issues he told me they would take care of it because they themselves did not apply the wrap on the car. I thought that was wonderful news since the price of the car was fairly high, even for a used CLS(albeit slightly used). Well, judging by the look of the other cars that they actually DID work on I have high expectations! I have no doubt though they the car will look even more beautiful when I get it back. Customer service was great when I purchased the car and hopefully when I get the car back, there will be another example of how great this dealership is. More

Where do I began...Let's start with the SALESMAN OF THE YEAR, "Curtis Pinlelton"! He is by far the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met (yes even better than Justin for all you Justin disciples) YEAR, "Curtis Pinlelton"! His customer service skills are impeccable and his work ethic is BEASTLY! he stayed several hours after his shift was over just to make sure I knew little nuances about my new Lexus LS 460 L. I could go on and on and on about him, but I don't want to run out of characters for Ron Olmsted the Finance Director. Ron shopped around to get me the best deal litterally....and when he found a great deal and I seemed a lil "iffy"...he spent another couple of hours getting me the absolute best deal possible. I am a Disabled Military Veteran, and they treated me like I was Larry Fitzgerald! They put me in a BMW 750 till they got my deal done....Excellence all the way around folks. I was sold on their service from the moment I called there. Shawn was very pleasant and knowledgable of the car I was inquiring about. We drove 2 hours that same day to meet him. Come pick up time not only was it freshly cleaned and ready but the list was done above and beyond our agreement and my expectation! Happy indeed. Lisa Rosselli was our finance person on this one, I had come to her with half cash and half prefinaced loan for 7.9%, she was very quick to sell me on her potential of lowering that rate, which she did in no short order (6.2%) and we were on the road home in no time!
