I had the car delivered to the dealership in early afternoon due to what turned out to be wheel bearing failures. Angy got back to me soon after the techs had a chance to determine the problem. She explained what the problem was and what was involved to fix and even when it would be ready to be picked up. When I came to pick it up it was already completed and Angy again was helpful and things were promptly taken care of. More

I came in with a car that was shaking considerably over 40 mph worried it might be an axle or tire rod. After going thru car was w undercarriage per first service person still didn’t fix issue I came back in w aptmt. They got me in and out quickly and the price was extremely fair. It was an easy fix but due to mud season, the mud was in places unreachable unless tires were taken off, which they did, cleaned out and fixed issue. Outstanding service! So impressed w how nice and informative staff were and extremely fair prices! I wish all service places were this good! More

Saving our vacation Thanks to the service staff at Bennington Subaru our vacation was saved. Both Ryan and Angie not only instantly knew what the problem was they set up Thanks to the service staff at Bennington Subaru our vacation was saved. Both Ryan and Angie not only instantly knew what the problem was they set up our car to be repaired in 2 days. They also gave us a loaner car so our vacation will be uninterrupted.
