Nice salesmen, I'm just sad that I found out later after I b Disappointed that I found out a few days after buying my car that there was wind damage with little rock chips on passenger window and door and this Disappointed that I found out a few days after buying my car that there was wind damage with little rock chips on passenger window and door and this dealer didn't offer to fix it. And I don't have the money to put $800 into fixing the damage. They did have one of their guys try to buff out scratches on the whole car except it did not change the way that damage looked. I really wish I would have noticed before signing paperwork More

Very poor customer service First, the good news… I love my car! And for that I am very happy however… When I arrived in the morning to begin my Low Book Sales experience, the First, the good news… I love my car! And for that I am very happy however… When I arrived in the morning to begin my Low Book Sales experience, the blaring club music so early in the morning makes it hard to think. Perhaps this is what you intended, to keep people confused… I asked for them to lower it and am told they have no control over the volume, which makes me think this is done on purpose to keep customers off balance. Then, I asked my salesman for the lowest possible monthly payment possible. When, at the end of my purchase, I go upstairs to talk to finance, they tell me that they’ve included an extended warranty and maintenance package. They make it seem like it is for free when actually it adds another $3,000+ on to the cost of the car. Not cool! But this is only the beginning… I drive the car away and find that the passenger seat air bag sensor is so sensitive that it goes off when a cell phone is on the seat. I have to keep the passenger seatbelt locked in to prevent the incessant beeping from driving me crazy. I was told this cannot be fixed. Next, the cigarette lighter does not work. Next, I am showing the car to someone and find that the passenger side front quarter panel is coming out of where it is supposed to be. I push it back in and discover there are approximately seven screws missing from the wheel well to lock the quarter panel in. Next, the radio touch screen is faulty. It had to be replaced. Which I am happy to say Low Book Sales Service Department handled quite efficiently. I brought the car back in to have the quarter panel and cigarette lighter fixed. Which was done but in checking the fuses, something else happened causing the taillights to no longer function. I discovered the taillight situation when I was pulled over by a policeman. Bringing the car in yet again, the taillights were fixed. When I brought this list to your manager’s attention, he did order the replacement of the radio however, he was completely unwilling to provide me any compensation for extremely poor customer service based on your “rigorous 115-point inspection”, which I have zero faith in! In mentioning this to the manager, who by the way I never spoke to directly, I had to go through my salesmen, I asked for some sort of compensation, to take away the bitter taste in my mouth. For instance, free service or to lessen my monthly payment or something… I was told no, no and no. Another example of poor customer service. Saying no without offering a solution leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. There was no offer to make things better beyond replacing the radio, which in my estimation is part of the car’s proper functioning and in no way addresses the laundry list of problems. More

When the general manager got word he came over, sat down and said we want to make this simple for you and straight forward. How can I help? I told him probably what he already new and he offered more on my trade in and lowered the price on the vehicle I wanted. We shook hands and that was it. Obviously, filled out the legal forms but talk about customer service! More
