Normally, in an operation the size of Lou Fusz’s the collision center has the nicest facility and the nicest waiting room, easiest parking- after all, the cost and the insurance compensation make this the highest profit margin in your business. Also, people are in a stressful situation -having to rent a car or waiting for a ride, leaving their car for weeks. It seems like an assessment of the customer experience is warranted. More
