Extraordinary Customer Service I went to the service center to get a free car wash. I was informed that I was in need of an oil change too (all at no charge). The service technician I went to the service center to get a free car wash. I was informed that I was in need of an oil change too (all at no charge). The service technicians were very personable. They directed me to the customer waiting area. The service would last about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised. It was like walking into to someone's home. The chairs and couches we super comfy, they offered free wifi and the baseball game was on the tv! The time went by so fast because I was comfortable. I will not be stressed about future appointments! Everything was great! More

I have used the Lou Fusz Kia service center for every oil change and other services for this vehicle. It is now 2016 and I am getting ready to roll 95,000 miles and Sam (now in the service department), and the rest of the service team, have been extremely nice and helpful over all of these years! Their new location is very clean and easy to get to. Looking forward to working with them for the next 100,000 miles! More

Treated me like a King! I had Chris as my Salesman. He treated me like I was Royalty. And found a vehicle that I like and in my budget. And found a loan for me. Car not starting I was having trouble getting my car to start several days in a roll. So I called the dealership and talked to them - sounded like it was my battery, I was having trouble getting my car to start several days in a roll. So I called the dealership and talked to them - sounded like it was my battery, so I talked to the gentleman in the parts department. He was very helpful and told me about the battery they carry for my car and it having a life time warranty. After I got off work I run by the dealer ship and they were very willing to help me with my issue. The gentleman at the service help got me checked in and had the battery replaced in no time. As always very friendly group of guys. Would not go to another dealership - and I live in troy MO. There are a couple of Kia dealers closer to home, but I like the guys at the Lou Fusz Kia. I worked with more then one service guy... Let me add that I called auto zone an was told that a 2 year battery was $120.00, so when Kia told me I could get a lifetime battery for $150.00 that was a no brainer for me. More
