I would recommend this dealership because I had a great experience. We came onto the lot, knowing what we wanted and told Lou Fusz we had to leave by 3:00 and we were gone by 2:45! I brought my new kia at lou fusz. Before I purchased the vehicle I asked the sales person whether or not the vehicle had been hailed damaged. She assured me no and that if I see anything, the problem will b vehicle I asked the sales person whether or not the vehicle had been hailed damaged. She assured me no and that if I see anything, the problem will be resolve as quickly as possible. I took my new vehicle home and noticed that there were two dents from the hail. Contacted the sales person. It has now been 3 months since I have brought my vehicle. Problem still not solve. In fact, she has not return any of my phone call. Will never return to this dealer again. More

Purchased a truck within 24 hrs I notices transmission and coolant problems. The dealer took the truck back for a week to try to find the problem. I was then told nothing was wrong. Took the truck to another dealer AND a transmission shop, I was told there was DEFINITELY problems with the transmission and coolant leak. Issue still pending..... More

They were not price competitive, and I bought my car elsewhere, at a significant savings. They are in a convenient location, and I would have preferred to buy my new KIA there. But I was not willing to pay them a premium price. More

I shopped on the Internet site for Lou Fusz Kia and found the Kia Rio I wanted. They emailed me a price quote, which was a better price than 2 other Kia dealers sent me. Minutes after I sent the request, I g the Kia Rio I wanted. They emailed me a price quote, which was a better price than 2 other Kia dealers sent me. Minutes after I sent the request, I got a phone call for the dealership. That afternoon, I met with Kevin Jackson the manager and I drove off the lot with the exact car I wanted and the price was great. No games or double speak. TWO THUMBS UP!!! More
