Michael took the time to listen to what was important to me in a car and then pulled up in a car in the perfect color with all the bells and whistles I wanted and then some. I knew I had to have it the moment I sat in the driver's seat. I went home to think about it, and Michael didn't push. He contacted me a couple of times asking if I had questions. When it came to discussing price, he was honest and fair. When we agreed on a price, I went back to purchase. He didn't stray from our agreement or try to add anything additional. How refreshing!! I made an appointment with Joe Shepard and I already had 3 cars in mind. Joe was awesome!!! I test drove all 3 he was very helpful, honest, and just friendly and very easy going. This made me feel really comfortable and I was grateful for his input on the vehicles I test drove. I came in with an old bucket "05 Optima" and they flexed and bent a few numbers and I drove away with a 2012 Optima which I love!!!! The finance manager David was also very informative and helpful so I would definitely recommend this dealership to family, friends, and strangers too!!!! More
