They had me come in on my first Monday back to work at 7 AM before my shift started at work at 7:30. Lou Fusz had someone drive me to work and then pick me up after work. A rental would have been a nicer gesture.Then, they told me they washed my car. That did not happen. The bird poop that was there before I brought it in was in the same spot and the floors were not vacuumed. Then they said they gave me a $48 vehicle point check for free. Woohoo. I had booked the appointment over a month in advance and the very day of the appointment they called me and said the only employee that could change the bubbling splitting window tint couldn't come in. He had a vehicle problem of his own. Well I am very disappointed with this experience My wife has been there before for an oil change and they end up finding hundreds of dollars worth of repairs and she has a 2016. The dealership considers spraying some water over a vehicle, a car wash. It still has dust, water spots and other dirt on it after they bring it up front and say it's washed. She gets all of her oil changes elsewhere, now. We are very disappointed in our treatment at the Lou Fusz Kia in Creve Coeur. More

I started at Lou Fusz this morning, and ultimately ended my afternoon there. Crystal was kind during our initial appointment. She showed me options that fit my needs, a couple vehicles to choose from. I took that info and kept her customer service in mind when I went to a competitor. I returned an hour or so later because of the pricing, because of the service. I waffled, and had her run numbers, but she remained pleasent, I asked about numbers on this and that and options on that and this and still she remained genuine and courteous. I made the buying process a little longer than it needed to be, but she made it a pleasent experience the whole way through. Thank you Ms. Crsytal and the rest of the helpful staff. More

Fiat 500 Service I needed service on my Fiat 500 - a notoriously problem plagued vehicle. This time, in addition to the standard service and state inspections, the bra I needed service on my Fiat 500 - a notoriously problem plagued vehicle. This time, in addition to the standard service and state inspections, the bracket which holds the rod to support the hood when opened, shattered. I called the Kia Service people, who arranged to have the part for my service, and installed it for free due to the age of the vehicle - while having no duty to do so. The staff was helpful and courteous, and everything was done professionally with no wasted time. A very good experience. More
