I paid $180 to diagnois issue with my vehicle but was told vehicle unsafe to drive due to brake issue; I did not bring my vehicle in for brakes; I brought it for diagnosis because it jerked and died out; told vehicle unsafe to drive due to brake issue; I did not bring my vehicle in for brakes; I brought it for diagnosis because it jerked and died out; I can appreciate the multipoint inspection but want to know why was I charged if shop felt vehicle unsafe to drive cause I am still having the issue I originally complained about!! I had the first oil change on a new Kia that I bought there. It was a fine oil change, but no bargain and it could have just as well been at my local shop instead of 10 miles away at the dealer. The stat there. It was a fine oil change, but no bargain and it could have just as well been at my local shop instead of 10 miles away at the dealer. The state emission test was done but I didn’t get a printout since the machine was working. I was told they would upload the results to the system later. So a couple weeks later I’m renewing my plates and find nothing in the system. I call Lou Fusz and am told there’s nothing they can do without my car. Drive the 10 miles and they’ll fix me up. I say no to that. I pay $24 to my local guy for the emission check and say good bye forever to Lou Fusz Kia. More
